Heather We haven't had a great opportunity to use the camera yet with our 2YO daughter. This was given to her as a gift from her new baby brother. This was a great way for her to be able to take her own photos of 'her new baby.' So far, the camera is easy for her. It's already been dropped a couple of times and it has held up. I don't see anything not-so-great yet.

HighTech Grampy Bought this camera for my 5Yr. old Granddaughter. We both love it. The resolution is great. It's loads of fun on a campout, taking pictures of everything that moves and catching all of natures wonders. She edits and adds affects and picture frames to all her photos and I transfer the best ones into my computer and print them for her. The movies are even pretty good and have sound with them. The view screen has good clarity even in bright day light. She plays all the games and gets quite a kick out of them. Great for passing time on long road trips.

JKD Our camera looks a little different because we got it 2 years ago, when my daughter was 2. She loves being able to carry it around when I have my camera. Now she's 4 and she started learning how to play the games and use all of it's functions. I've changed the batteries maybe 3 times in 2 years and they were cheap-o batteries that came in a big pack so I was really surprised how long they lasted. Mine did come with the usb cable so that wasn't a problem. My daughter takes this camera outside, football games, all over the place, and it's had no problems. I clean it with clorox wipes because she gets it so dirty and I never worry about hurting it because it seems indestructible. I rely on other people's reviews, especially at Christmas time so I hope this helps.

Me My child (age 2) always tries to use our camera, or pretends something else is a camera. So, we got the VTech Kidizoom. My child enjoys using it, lots of pics of the floor so far. I didn't have any problems uploading the images to our computer. Lots of blurry pics though--hopefully will get the hang of it and images will become clearer. Seems to be durable--only time will tell.

Mommy417 I purchased this camera for my son (3 years old) last summer since he was so interested in my digital camera. This camera is great and easy to use. My son figured out how to play the games and figured out how to use the art feature. When I had to be away for a whole month, we kept in contact through the pictures and videos he took with his Dad. The pictures are pretty good quality, but don't expect the videos to be. As for the person who said it wasn't such a great product because it didn't come with a USB cord, guess what...any computer USB cord will work since most are universal. I use my digital camera's USB cord or even my printers USB cord. So not sure why it was so difficult for her to find one that worked.

Mia's Mommy We got this for our daughter as a gift for her 3rd birthday and I am very pleased with the purchase. The quality of pictures isn't great but it is what I expected for the price. It is perfect for her to take pictures while playing. Since receiving it she has taken pictures of everything in the house.

Mama We've had this camera for 3 years now and it is STILL in great shape. We have the blue one for my son. He has played with it regularly over this time and still loves it. The picture quality isn't amazing, but none of the kid cameras are. You have to be STILL to get a good shot--don't try pictures of a running sister, for instance. He enjoys editing the pictures by adding graphics or other silly features. This camera has been dropped and carted everywhere.. no problems. When the card gets full, we just load the pictures into a file on our computer and he is ready to go again. It includes some basic little games which he enjoys, although they are not fancy. Little sister is now old enough for one--3, so we will be purchasing this pink version for her.

Ava's mommy Plain and simple.....my 2 1/2 year old isnt quite old enough for this camera. She cant hold still long enough to take a good shot. So far every shot has been blurry. Daddy and Mommy can take decent ones but this camera is just as basic as it gets. It is durable and makes sense for a first kid camera if your child is probably 4ish but my little one will have to just grow into this and in the mean time her pictures will have to suffer:) She loves snapping pics so as far as entertaining her, it's a hit! I also like the features this camera has, fun games and frames.

Nicole This is a great camera. I do agree that it doesn't take the best pictures but as long as the house is lit up or you are outside, the pictures come out great! She has dropped it a few times and it still works great, very durable! She plays with it just about everyday and has fun with the editor on it also.
